GAISI Project has four PHASE with several activities:
First Phase: The topics are cultural aspects and origin of refugees; integration techniques that we are currently using in our institutions; public explanation about the goals and the achievements to get with the project. This phase is accomplished in Madrid (Spain).
Second Phase: The topics are the migratory difficulties management at the school; traditional Muslim learning methods and new skills for teachers in the 21st century for the integration of the Syrian community; social inclusion activities for Syrian students at social exclusion risk and needs finding of refugee students in the classroom. These activities are developed in Mersin (Turkey) and our teachers will observe their usage with students in their classrooms.
Phase Three: Staff training and mainstreaming about the integration BATs (best available techniques) at the classroom to improving our currently methodologies, Eastern Europe students’ cultural issues, results analysis defining achievement indicators and real job shadowing with students in classroom. This phase is achieved in Warsaw (Poland).
Phase Four: Data and results analysis, final educational products and methodologies implementation. It has accomplished in Madrid (Spain).
